This December 20, PLEDIS Entertainment indeed published a press release about the member of SEVENTEEN, declaring:

"Hello, this is PLEDIS Entertainment.

We have an announcement to make about Jeonghan de SEVENTEEN regarding his health and his next activities.

First, we would like to express our sincere gratitude to all the fans who love and support SEVENTEEN.

We are however sorry to inform you that Jeonghan will take a short break for the next activities planned this year.

Jeonghan has recently been carefully examined after experiencing dizziness, and has been advised to take necessary rest and avoid strenuous activities for the time being.

After discussions with Jeonghan, we decided to suspend its activities until the end of December 2019.

Jeonghan is currently in stable condition and we will do our best to support him until his full recovery.
