  • Where is this store based?

Kpopshop is based in South Korea. and we have many warehouses around the world in the US, China and the UK.

  •  What are your shipping cost & times?

Shipping on Kpopshop is FREE! However, you can choose the Priority Shipping method for faster order processing. Usually, we process your orders within 3-5 business days and the deliveries take 9-25 business days for most orders within the U.S. However, shipping times also depend on what you purchased or where you live! Due to extremely high demand, the distance between countries, slow postal services, and shipping delays, it can sometimes take up to 9 business days to process your order and up to 50 business days for your delivery to arrive.

  • Will I be able to track my order?

Yes, once your order has been shipped we'll update you with a tracking number.

  • My order isn't here yet, what's up?

Shipping times vary based on a number of things including logistics, weather, customs, and your national postal service. Contact us if your order hasn't arrived within 40 days so we can figure out what's happening.

If it's been less than 30 days, your package is still in transit, so please give it a little more time for it to arrive at your door. 

  • Is my information safe?

Of course it is! All your payment information is encrypted and processed through Stripe and Paypal, the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. The only information we store is your name, email, and address for obvious reasons. 

  • The price changed at checkout, what's up?

This is a common questions for customers who have changed store currency (USD) to their currency. When you enter the checkout, the prices will be converted back into US Dollars.

Rest assure that the price is the same no matter what currency is.

  • I want to cancel my order. What should I do?

Cancellation or Change request must be requested immediately after receiving the email confirmation if you changed your mind not to proceed with your order or if you would like to make a change in your order. We can honor a cancellation request as long as the parcel is not yet forwarded to the shipping company. Once the shipping company received the parcel, it is no longer possible for us to make any changes on the parcel. 

  • What if I need to make a change to my order?

Once again, if you contact us immediately after receiving the email confirmation, we can help you make a change for your order. Don't forget, the changes can be made only when the parcel is still with us.
